Summary

Yet another net cash company with increasing profit, every quarter has performed better than the previous quarter. Take a look at their balance sheet especially their cash and loans. However, this company did not have much drama, the last few announcements were all quarterly reports. This might explain why it couldn’t draw the attention of investors, no drama means no volume.

Let’s take a look back on 27/11/2014, quarterly report showing good sign but volume was close to none! Not to mention that the price dropped from 0.785 to 0.645. Fortunately, someone discovered this undervalued company and probably did a good job at spreading the news. After the latest quarter report was announced, the price gap up twice from 0.81 to 0.845 and then 0.88 to 0.90 within two days.

Technically, as long it doesn’t fall back to the price it previously gap up, it is still bullish. However, do take note that tomorrow (1/4/2015) is the implementation of GST in Malaysia. My advise is to sit back and monitor how will the market react to it before you make any decisions.
